I’m a sucker for decorative accents and have no problem spicing up our home but when it comes to our yard, I’m a dud! I just can’t seem to find pieces I like that will withstand the New England elements and that I really love! Well, the wait is over. Rustic Ornaments sent us the most Amazing Garden Stake, We are starting a garden this year and I’m so excited to have this placed “keeping guard.” 

I received a Puggle Garden Stake with my Puggle’s Name engraved, SAM! The quality of this product is remarkable. It is so durable and will make the perfect fixture in our Garden. Because we have had snow, snow and more snow here I had to do an indoor picture. I will be sure to update once its placed in our Garden this Spring! I’m so excited and can’t wait until all this snow melts.

Etsy seller Rustica Ornamentals (find them on Facebook and "Like") makes a full line of garden stakes with several breeds of dogs as well as other options like butterflies. These would make a sweet memorial to pets no longer with us or just a fun accessory to add a little interest to your garden beds.

I wish I knew about this company a year ago…a good friend of ours lost their dog and this would have been the perfect opportunity to have purchased one for their family to remember their four legged family member. Sometimes we don’t know what to do for those who are grieving and this would be a beautiful gift! Or if you just have dog crazy friends and family this is just plain FUN!! You all have to go check out their website because they have a HUGE variety for everyone’s taste! They actual have a section where you can send a picture of your own dog and have it transformed into the stake!!

Krista is a former Memphis College of art student who worked as an Advertising Marketing Manager.
