So after blogging about a nice healthy snack...its time to indulge a little into HOME MADE ICE-CREAM! I bought the starter kits at Williams Sonoma because 1)Its my favorite store/catalog ever besides Pottery Barn!! and 2) They really do sell quality stuff...so it is worth the extra money spent! :o) This is a quick way to have delicious Homemade ice-cream.....I just add the three ingredients, cream, half and half and one baggie of ice-cream mix (each can comes with two) and hit mix. It does its thing for about twenty minutes then I put it in an air tight container and freeze it for a few hours. Its best to do it in the morning and have it that night.
