I was ecstatic when I was given the opportunity to do a review from one of our favorite baby clothing designers Nate & Jake Co.  You will fall in love with these adorable threads, I can assure you!

We received the Green Skirt, Made out of soft sweater knit poly cotton blend. Elastic back.
Fit is intended to be mini skirt length...and I'm OBSESSED! I love that the material is super soft and comfy but still keeps my little Sophie trendy! We are currently having a never ending winter here in New England but it can be paired with adorable leggings. Although So just Rocks her mini around the house because this momma keeps the heat cranked up in here! This Skirt has my heart screaming for Spring! The perfect staple for her wardrobe.

We also received the pink square top. I can't even handle the cuteness of this top! It is made out of cotton poly blend. but Please Note: This fabric has no stretch. If your child is in between sizes they suggest your size up! It fits Sophia perfectly. I love how it hangs off her shoulder when she is busy in her playroom or taking care of her babies! Swoon! I could really go crazy over at their shop... The yellow penguin top and rompers have my heart skipping a beat

Oh how I love that it is a mother daughter duo! Every single piece in their collection has stolen my heart! Nate & Jake Co. makes their clothes true to size but there is a little give within that to grow. It was a perfect fit but knowing Sophia is in the 99% for height I know the time will come when we will need certain clothes to fit her height. Not a problem if we shop with Nate & Jake Co. as they will adjust sizes for no extra charge. Just contact them and let them know whether your little one is slim, husky, or extra tall like my dolly! They truly have the best costumer service and can answer any questions you may have!

bumGenius Cloth Diaper Review

 bumGenius is another one of our favorites. What we love…they grow with our baby. I’m a big fan of the snaps. It makes for a perfect fit. What I love about bumGenius is you are able to adjust to where the most wetness occurs. That way I can fold the two VERY absorbent flaps in the direction that will work best for little sweet Sophia. At night they are positioned towards the back and we haven’t had any leaks (we used it last night, overnight, for the first time!) Another plus, they come in fun colors, I’m LOVING them all!! Not to mention the diaper shell is made of a polyester waterproof liner. These cloth diapers are made to fit babies from 7 to 35 lbs. You are able to adjust the size in the front with the three rows of snaps that can be closed or opened to create small, medium and large. Bonus: there are a ton of different versions of how you want the diaper to close, so there is really something for every cloth diapering “personality.”

Even though we have read it to Sophia when it arrived it has been since tucked away for her Easter Basket. These make the perfect unique gifts!! I love that the book is personalized with her name in it, not just on the front cover but throughout the entire book. When Sophia gets older I know she will enjoy having this story read to her and knowing that it is her “special book” with her name in it. It brings that sense of magic to the book; she will be able to use her imagination as she explores this personalized bunny book.

This New England cold has not let up and we have been pounded with snow storm after snow storm. Not that I’m complaining…I’m one of those that love cozy nights in and yes after three months of it, it certainly gets old but then I know it will make me appreciate the spring and summer that much more. 

In the meantime we have found ways to incorporate certain luxuries in our lives that make this blistering cold seem not so bad. The Favorite BABY’S JOURNEY TOWEL WARMER!! The towel warmer can actual be used by everyone in the house, I have warmed up Ralphs hat and gloves before he went out in the storm, our pups love having their sweaters warmed up and Sophia LOVES having her towel warmed up after a warm bath. I always want to ensure her comfort and there is nothing better than a toasty towel on a winters night!

I put her hooded towel and her jammies in there… in about 8 minutes its toasty warm!!! It is also equipped with an auto shut off, so if I forget (I already have) I don’t have to worry!! Ralph loves that ;) He doesn’t have to “checkup” on me! I don’t know if it’s the aesthetician in me or the fact that I just liked to be pampered as well but I love putting my facial towels in there, by the time I’m done doing my nightly routine I have a super soft, warm towel to dry my face. The perfect ending to the night!
